Yes. Cargopilot connects to major international carriers like UPS, DHL and FedEx as well as a growing network of local and regional carriers, and returns quotations you can present or select automatically. You can also onboard your own logistics partners and quote against their rates.

The logistics provider or carrier I want to use isn't listed. Can you still support it?

No problem. We've built custom logistics integrations for several customers and can build yours. If our team thinks the integration could benefit other customers, we build it at no additional cost.

Can Cargopilot handle more than parcels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beyond parcels, Cargopilot supports pallet and container shipments, with quotations from many logistics partners. This makes it suitable for wholesale, distribution and freight-forwarding work that pure parcel platforms don't cover.

Can I forward a shipment across more than one partner?

Yes. Parcel forwarding hands a parcel, pallet or container to another logistics partner mid-journey, with tracking across each handoff and a cost comparison across the forwarding options.

Yes. Because nearly every operation is available through the API and the platform is event-driven, telemetry such as location or temperature readings can be received and used to start workflows. This is usually set up as a custom integration for your hardware.

Yes. The receiver gets a delivery page with the current status, a choice of preferred delivery time, a channel for questions, and a way to start a return or a claim.

No. Cargopilot prepares and documents the work, and it suits shippers, carriers and mid-size forwarders. A large forwarder that needs certified electronic filing with many customs authorities, or ocean and air consolidation, is better served by a dedicated forwarding suite.

Cargopilot is a licence that you add to a Miridia plan. Miridia Starter is 150 euro per month (R3,000 in South Africa), and Enterprise has custom pricing. The Cargopilot licence has a separate price on either plan, so ask us for a quotation. You get one subscription and one bill.
